Park Rules
Reception Hours
9am-5:30pm Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 5pm weekends and public holidays
Check-in Time
Check-in: from 2pm Check-out: 10am (for cabins), Check-in: from 12pm Check-out: 11am (for sites)
We want all guests to enjoy a safe, happy, friendly and relaxing stay whilst at our park, so please have a read of the below.
Speed Limit
- Speed limit is 10km/h or under, please keep in mind this is a shared space.
Quiet Time
- Quiet time is 9pm to 7am, as consideration to all park guests.
Visitors
- Visitors are welcome but must be off site by 9pm.
Boom Gate
- Our Boom Gate is automatic exit, please take note of your code to re-enter the park.
- Gate code is only to be used by guests staying at Spicer Caravan Park.
- Amenities do not require a code, and the water pressure is great, we just ask you to be mindful of the amount of water you use.
Cleaning Fee
- Please leave sites and cabins in a clean and tidy condition.
- There is a fee of $100 if your cabin or site is left excessively dirty.
Pets Welcome
- Pets are welcome at our park.
- Pets must be on lead at all times in the park grounds and at site.
- Dogs are only allowed off lead in our designated on-site off-leash area.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the Park at any time.
- Barking is to be controlled.
- Droppings are to be removed and disposed of immediately by the owner.
Laundry
- Laundry is located at the amenities.
- Washing machines are $4 per wash.
- Dryers $3 per load.
- If you require change, please see the office.
- Iron and clotheslines are also available within the laundry, along with local information board, and a Book Library exchange.
Dump Point
- Dump point is located at the northern end of the park, for guest use only.
